Waiting until I hear what I need to hear to start writing since 1) there's no more reverberating pain. It's acute & I can manage it with specific exercises & a lot of chronic pain strategies like hot/cold baths, knowing what nerves like (to glide, spread, never stretch), how to push/pull/reach/bend & really intense FACET/TRIGGER POINT MANIPULATIONS & OFFENSE etc.
It's physics, really.
