Today we're getting under the hood of Sidnee Peck a daughter, sister, women's advocate and a fractional COO for multiple startup companies in FemTech, healthcare, and housing & community development. She is a multi-time founder in healthcare and housing. Sidnee is the founder of Heirloom Collective, a nonprofit creating intergenerational communities, co-founder of FemTechAZ as well as Lab to Life Venture Studio in Fort Collins, CO. Peck previously served as an executive for a mid-stage startup, SOURCE Global, PBC, an Arizona renewable technology firm, driving deployment to over 50 countries.

She serves on the board for yesAZ, a startup community nonprofit, HCCI, a home-based primary care non-profit, and Alaris, a technology company she helped to co-found.

She is the former CEO of SMART Brain Aging, Inc. a healthcare technology company focused on dementia and was awarded the Arizona Innovation Challenge as well as PBJ 40 Under 40 in 2016. She served as an instructor of entrepreneurship at the W. P. Carey School of Business at ASU for nine years, where she also launched the Center for Entrepreneurship in 2014.

Ms. Peck is an advocate for the health of women - leading FemTech initiatives in Arizona and beyond, and for children and families in the foster care system and aging populations - she believes strongly in access to housing, healthcare and human connection.
