Description

In Episode #40 I will discuss the North American fall squash or berry known as pumpkin!!

It is a plant that is grown in abundance here in the United States and eaten in many different ways, but especially eaten as pumpkin pie. It inspires so many culinary items such as Pumpkin Spiced Lattes at your local coffee shop.

Many Native Americans ate pumpkins and these pumpkins date back to 7,000-5,000 B.C.
