Happy New Year! Join me today for a few simple things to let go of the old in order to make way for the new.
Let's look at expectations and outcomes, how much are you attached to an image you are creating of yourself in the future? The ego mind loves to create better versions of itself on a regular basis. It is constantly putting up a better version of itself, or at least attempting to so it doesn't have to accept who you are NOW.
This distraction keeps you from seeing the beautiful you that is always there. The spiritual essence that lies beneath the body and your attachment to the identity self.
What would life be like if you dropped any future expectation or image of yourself? What would it be like to erase any expectation or image you think you should or shouldn't be? Maybe the doors will open into infinite possibilities and life will lead you to places you never imagined.
