We often think we have more time than we do. We don;t know how much time tasks, events and activities take up and as a result often get frustrated and demotivated when progress is slow and we can't get everything done we want to.

In this episode I'll walk you trough and give you an example how you can figure out exactly how much time you actually have available.
This is a simple exercise I would encourage anyone to do as this will allow you to see where you're spending your time and on what. It will really help in getting an overview, seeing and understanding when you have free time and when you don't.
