David trained as a Resiliency Program Officer in 2020 for the State of NJ and went on to earn his Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, under Dr. Martin E. P. Seligman. He is a positive psychology practitioner who focuses on law enforcement mental health and well-being.
David is committed to serving his community, teaching, writing, and speaking on what it means to "Earn my Badge Every Day."
