We all feel "stuck" sometimes. We have moments in life - whether it's in our careers, relationships or personal goals. Maybe you're caught in a job that no longer excites you, struggling to find direction in a creative project, or just feeling like you're spinning your wheels day after day.
That feeling of frustration or resignation that comes when we can't find the way "through" to our "next" is what happens when we feel stuck. We've all been there.
In this meditation, we'll take a few minutes to tap into our ability to shift perspective within ourselves and see the possibilities that are always present.
