Today’s episode is all about Meditation DO NOT RUN AWAY! I know meditation can sound like hell for us ADHDers. I felt the same when I first started HOWEVER did you know meditation does not have to mean sitting still and not thinking… NO NO NO!

Meditation can actually be FUN! And comes in many different forms and, like everything we promote here at ADHD untangled, in order to discover a consistent meditation practice you have to find what feels authentic to you!

So today's episode we are joined by expert Pearl Lopian, the master of EFT (aka Emotional Freedom Techniques) who has guided over 7,000 people through transformative tapping sessions.
