Let me share the third cut from my conversation with Manuel Huertas Marchena.

When I first wanted to record Manuel's experiences, there was a certain moment that was etched into my mind: How Manuel calmly handles explosive situations in the studio. Him and I have often gone over such incidents in our conversations; moments where you wish you had it on tape. So in this episode I try to tease out of him his mindset for handling situations, where superiors try to put him under undue pressure.

We also talk about the pluses and minuses of being obsessive about our work as texture artists. Manuel also shares his approach for increasing the quality of his texture work.
