In this episode, I'm joined with Michelle from Aussie Biz Chic. Starting during lockdown, Michelle went from sending her first box sent to 35 subscribers to now sending 1000+ a month.
I am OBSESSED with Michelle's business model and core focus of community with her masterclasses and author Q+As. Around the time of recording this, Michelle had Erin Deering's book, Hanging By A Thread, as part of her box and author Q+A and I remember thinking to myself, what an amazing experience for all of her members.
My favourite part of this interview is how generous Michelle is with the info on how she built the business including tips like managing cash flow, and negotiating with suppliers.
