As Managing Director of Taste Studios, he develops creative retail food solutions that optimise operations, enhance product lines, and elevate customer experiences. He also co-founded BYO Foods, a start-up enabling hospitality venues to create branded retail products, recognised in 2024 as one of Australia’s fastest-growing companies.
In addition to his business ventures, Ricky serves as a board member of EO Adelaide, fostering entrepreneurial collaboration and strategic growth. His passion for education is evident in his years teaching at the University of South Australia, where he facilitated over 40 internships, inspiring future entrepreneurs to turn their ambitions into reality.
