Oahu Ambassador Rietta Boksha takes listeners on what it's like to live in and explore Oahu. She goes over hikes from the easy to strenuous, discuss what to bring on your day hike and the best tips to recreate like a local. Military Wild was founded with a goal to connect members of the military community with one another and to the landscapes they call home. They believe that outdoor recreation is an incredible way to embrace the places they live and form bonds with the people they meet there. Military Wild also has chapters across the United States. Membership eligibility is for active US Military members, reserve/guard, veterans and retirees in addition to their dependents. Also US Military contractors and their families can become members.
