In the latest episode, we join Gill Leonard, owner of St Austell’s iconic Bridge Agency, whose doors are set to close after more than four decades of service and support to countless families in and around the local area.
We check in with Tristan Netherton, founder of Mevagissey Shanty Festival, to reflect on how the event has evolved over the last five years, how it supports local communities and plans for its future.
As well as that, we take a trip to Wheal Martyn to hear how china clay has shaped the landscape and lives of the local community for over 250 years and about the work being done to preserve and share that very history.
If all that wasn’t enough, we take in Goodfest 2024 - a festival for inspiration, reflection, collaboration and action - with co-founder Matt Hocking, of the groundbreaking team behind Leap, and John Brown, a Parish Councillor on Mevagissey Parish Council and CEO of Cornwall Chamber of Commerce.
Finally, we hear from Abby Wren, a multidisciplinary artist, digital creator and advocate for the alopecia community, known for the motto ‘different is dope’.
