The pathway to these 5 is awareness, which is the trunk of the tree. Build your awareness muscle and explore in the branches of your tree through practices like breathwork

7. You can be a sexual being & a spiritual being at the same time. Honor both of those parts of yourself. YES!

8. You cannot move forward if you are mired in guilt & shame, get curious in a non-judgmental way

9. Working on loving yourself is a process. Allow it to be. Each layer brings more profound & powerful change & is shorter than the last

10. You are allowed to have shitty human moments, have a non-judgmental shitty day & move on, then start the new day in gratitude

11. Choose your hard. Making changes & practicing self-love is hard, but sitting in self-hatred, shame & guilt is harder

12. Growing & evolving means you will leave some people behind, but you will also find your true tribe

13. No one can make you feel or do anything. Your feelings & reactions & responses are your choice

14. Proof of our worth is in the air we breathe

15. We are co-creating our life, God/source/universe is flowing through us. We are that in physical form, we can’t fail, & there is no room for doubt
