The Machloket podcast explores, shares and celebrates what life is like for all kinds of Jewish people in the UK. Written and presented by Jewish theatre makers Tash Hyman and Nick Cassenbaum, the series has been created with 30 community groups from across the country.
In this episode we explore what it means to build a community from a place of exclusion. You’ll hear from members of a Jewish golf club in Manchester, a community based in Cornwall and an LGBTQ+ Talmud Study group.
As well as this podcast Machloket is a nationwide community arts project which is supported by the Royal Court Theatre and Arts Council England.
