Insecurities and a lack of self love harm us more than anything. Taking the time and prioritizing to do the inner work and boost your confidence should be a priority. Sometimes this might look like journaling while enjoying a bubble bath, or waking up at 6am for a workout. Life is so much more freeing when you know who you are and this world can’t tell you otherwise.
