It's official! After many people have been prodding & nudging me to create a podcast I finally did it! And it has come at such a pivotal moment in my life & business!
You see, being a busy mother to 5, creating Inner Peace is one of my superpowers & non negotiable's - With that I made the decision as to what I'm available for and what I aren't - this isn't just for boundaries with others, but boundaries with yourself - so jumping on Facebook lives every day or multiple times a week just do not work for me.. what does work?!
