Monique LaLonde

Monique is a Product Design & UX Leader with 15+ years of experience creating customer experiences that are deeply rooted in research, data, and user needs.

She’s led multi-disciplinary teams to design and develop intuitive product and platform experiences for brands like REI, Expedia, and T-Mobile.

She’s known for evangelizing product vision and design thinking, inspiring high-performing teams through an inclusive, customer-centric design culture, and building trusted relationships across matrixed global organizations.
