When we discuss mental health, we are often talking about how people suffer in relationship to their mental health. And that is an important conversation. In addition to that conversation, we also need to talk about how to flourish in our mental health. In this weeks episode, I have a conversation with Dr. Stephanie Caine and Jason Caine about core aspects of how God designed us to flourish in our mental health and how we can practically invest in each of those areas of life.
