Beth Devine is the Executive Director of the Philadelphia Youth Sports Collaborative. With experience in nonprofit management, sports-based youth development programs, and the development of cross-sector partnerships, Beth works to increase equitable access for all of Philadelphia’s children to quality sports-based youth development programs.

Today, Beth is here to share with Christy how she became the first executive director at PYSC upon the organization’s launch and all that she and her team are doing to help support the children of Philadelphia.
