After 5 years of podcasting, this is without a doubt the most philosophical episode that I've ever uploaded, let alone lead as an interviewer. A few months ago I walked into a random yoga class being covered by todays guest and had what felt like an experience straight out of eat, pray, love. I cried and then asked the teacher to come on podcast and talk to us about dharma because I've never witnessed someone so certainly in their dharma themselves. Her name was Nadia. Here's [part one] of our conversation.
