It's called TripleFit, and it's based on the noteworthy yet simple philosophy of The Power of 3.

3 Wellness Pillars:

  1. Food: Not just what to eat, but why, how, when, and where.
  2. Focus: Not just mindfulness, but what to think when you want to cave.
  3. Fitness: Not just workout advice, but how to create more energy with less effort.

3 Systems for Each Pillar:

  1. Personality: How your Enneagram Type caters to your inherent tendencies and traits.
  2. Preferences: How to factor in your Bio-Individuality to respect the unique ways your body functions.
  3. Priorities: How to Treat Your Body Like A Business by locking in your Goals, KPIs, Actions, and Milestones.

3 Blocks of 3 Weeks:

  1. Weeks 1-3: Sept. 11 - Oct. 1
  2. Weeks 4-6: Oct. 2 - Oct. 22
  3. Weeks 7-9: Oct. 23 - Nov. 11

Including an Onboarding week at the start, and Final Assessment at the end.
