Morning Mantra: “Today could be the best day of my life!”

The attitude you bring to the day is what the day will bring to you. Good attitude equals good day.

There are certain things that can increase the probability of you having a good day.


Start the morning with gratitude rather than dread about what you have to do to that day.

Take a nice walk in nature first thing instead of using the time to doom scroll on social media. Listen to the birds and the wind in the trees. Nature is a form of meditation and can release “feel good” hormones.

Maybe do a workout and then eat a healthy breakfast rather than skipping it and going through fast food. How you treat your body and what you put in it makes the difference in how it feels.

Maybe FaceTime someone you love, or the very least, text them a positive message. Sharing a smile or kind words does as much for you as it does for them.

When you take control of the day you want to have, and begin it with high vibrational activities and food, it doesn’t guarantee that nothing bad will happen, but it increases the probability that you will be able to handle anything that happens with peace in your heart.
