To be honest, the corporate world can be rife with office politics. You’ve probably experienced or witnessed office politics at some stage in your career. It’s bad enough when coworkers engage in office politics, but when it’s a leader, that’s a whole different problem.
In this episode, we’re going to look at seven office politics that exist. I also explain why each office politic is bad and what you should do instead. Some of these office politics are common in the workplace, while others are more extreme.
