For those not familiar with The Disabled American Veterans (DAV) it is one of the premier veterans organizations that has taken on the task of helping veterans work their way through filing disability claims for injuries suffered while in military service. He reminds us that there is no statute of limitations on when you file the claim and it can mean thousands of dollars in monthly payments along with guaranteed access to the VA hospital system.
