WOW! We had so much fun this week with female BJJ super star Dominyka Obelenyte, she is a multiple time IBJJF World Champion at weight and absolute. Dominyka took a large portion of her day to travel out to us and we thank her for that, in addition she was a playful guest joining in on our banter and bickering perfectly seeming as if it was rehearsed. She has some unique PERSPECTIVES and her own thoughts on mentoring. We hear some interesting thoughts on training as a woman, a child, and what training in healthy mixed gender classes can bring to BJJ.
