Today, we're celebrating a special occasion – our birthdays! As women, we have been repeatedly told (and led to believe!) that aging is a bad thing. But is that accurate? As we blow out the candles, we thought it would be the perfect time to reflect on our experiences, lessons learned, and growth over the years. So grab a slice of cake, settle in, and join us for a heartfelt and honest conversation about the journey from our younger selves to the women we are today.

Listen to hear more about:

  1. Health: How our relationship with our bodies has changed over the years, including what we have learned about our health as women.
  2. Relationships: How our expectations have changed within our own marriages.
  3. Career and Passions: How they have evolved as we have gotten older, including significant milestones and achievements (and failures!) that happened along the way.
  4. Our Personal Growth: How we have changed since our 20s and 30s, including experiences that shaped us, and how they impact us today.

Plus. Andrea shares how she took her relationship with Jessica to a new level, and Jessica shares one of her many dating horror stories from her early 20s!
