If after changing device the podcast artwork isn't displayed anymore it looks like the current storage folder isn't available anymore.
Please go into Settings/Download/Storage folder to select a valid path.
Also make sure that Podcast Addict still has permission to access the device storage (Android Settings/Apps/Podcast Addict/Permissions).
