Since Podcast Addict 2020.6 you can easily reorder podcasts by drag and drop on the app main screen.
To do this, select the sorting mode "Custom", then you can use the Option menu called "Reorder (Drag & Drop)" to enable the reorder mode.
The app will then display a handle on every podcast that you can use to mover them around.
Once you're done you can close the reorder mode by pressing on the banner 'x' button and the app will save the podcasts new positions
