Have you ever heard the saying that an idle mind is the devil’s workshop? It is one of my favourite sayings, and regardless of your religious beliefs, I think this saying proves true. I often think of this saying when I find myself thinking negative thoughts. I repeat this saying to myself and it is my cue to take massive action.
