On the way home from my first visit with my new EMDR therapist. I had been overwhelmed with gratitude and felt the need to encourage you in your journey and also myself. I hope this podcast will be something you can take some form of encouragement and I will speak to in the next episode. Much love. 

This podcast is inspired by my thoughts and believes that I've had throughout my life. Feelings and beliefs that I would always be recieving the short end of the stick.
