Today marks the one year anniversary of my father’s death. I wanted to share some thoughts on how we grow through loss; and just as importantly, to remind ourselves how precious our daily life truly is. Have a TOUGH Conversation There is so much growth that can come from engaging in difficult conversations. There is a huge difference between BEING difficult in a conversation and HAVING a difficult conversation. One ignites growth, the other extinguishes it. Enjoy!

Simple concept that is lost of many of us, far too often. It’s easier and safer to make others feel the way we feel, good or bad. This week, let’s do what’s tough. Let’s work on growing and getting better; by keeping it really simple. Just be NICE!

Stay In Your Lane? How many of you involve yourself is situations that are not yours to deal with. Why? Ask yourself these questions to maximize your time and keep your pile small Does this have ANYTHING to do with me? Does my involvement add ANY value to my life? Enjoy!

CHANGE? Why do most of us hate CHANGE?  Because, it does not feel safe or comfortable. If nothing changes, nothing changes. Start small, identify an area you would like to change and be intentional with your work. The longest road in the world can be traveled by taking the first step.
