President Trump has peeled away taxpayer-funded security detail from Tony Fauci and others.

Joe Biden gave former NIH director Tony Fauci a preemptive pardon, but that pardon doesn’t grant him lifelong taxpayer funded security detail!
President Trump has revoked this ridiculous perk from Fauci, former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, John Bolton and others.
At a stop in North Carolina last week, Trump correctly noted that being a former government official doesn’t afford you free and lifelong security protection.
He also noted that these former officials made plenty of money in their tenures in government and should be able to foot the bill for private security.
Fauci has reportedly already done that. He was formally the highest paid government official, he has the dough to take care of it himself.
It’s utterly ridiculous to expect the American people to pick up the tab for their protection, in perpetuity.
I see Fauci as a treasonous traitor, but either way, cutting off this perk will save taxpayer dollars and cut government waste.
It’s a win-win!
