Tegan Broadwater is a 13-Year Veteran and Decorated Undercover Officer of the Fort Worth Police Department. His assignments included stints with three Narcotics Units, the Gang Unit, the Homicide Cold Case Unit, and the F.B.I. Gang and Violent Crimes Task Force. A white cop pretending to be a high-end cocaine dealer, he infiltrated a deadly street gang, won their trust, and embarked on a mission to put them away in a multi-year career highlight that would eventually serve as the basis for Tegan's book 'Life in the Fish Bowl: The True Story of a White Cop Infiltrated and Took Down 51 of the Nation's Most Notorious Crip's'.
Today, Tegan is a musician, podcast host, philanthropist, author, and entrepreneur and CEO at TSN (Tactical Systems Network), an elite security and private investigation firm, along with Uncommon Souls, a creative company that aims to purposefully inspire conversations about systemic racism, police & community relations, criminal reciprocity, and more. For his extraordinary undercover work in Operation Fish Bowl, Tegan was awarded the Fort Worth Police Department’s Officer of the Year award, while Operation Fish Bowl was also nominated for the F.B.I.’s Overall Case of the Year.
