When 10-year-old Jo-Anne Pedersen became locked out of her house during a prank being played by her sister, she walked to a nearby convenience store to call her mom. The call ended abruptly after a mysterious man came on the line. When Joanne’s mom arrived, her daughter was no where in sight… and over four decades later the search continues.
