He reads the Bible, prays, and is so positive about life. This definitely has to be my Mr. right! But boy was I soo wrong. He had me fooled, and it took a long time for those true colors to come out.

The first encounter with abuse. Don’t ignore the red flags!

I was 19, he was 24. I thought I was lucky. He’s handsome, loving, caring & older. He picked me out of all the women out there. Then the switch flipped. He became a different person, just like that. My first encounter dealing with an abusive man.
