Saunder and Leo attended their freshman year at RISD together, they reunite in this gripping episode of the podcast to discuss Minimalism v Maximalism, Toilets v Running and what it's like to design the shoes you are wearing.

Saunder talks with Norwegian singer and songwriter Sondre Lerche. Among many other things, they talk about an unexpected late addition of running to an otherwise un-athletic life, how to be fast, fitness and performance, and how it’s ok to be more than one thing in life.

Dr. Karen Postal is Neruopsychologist at Harvard University. Her work is focussed on communicating neuroscience to the general public. We discuss the physiological and chemical and creative benefits of running on our brains and the science behind that sought after "runner's high".

Laura Jane Grace is an Author and Musician based in Chicago. She has been the lead singer and guitarist for Against Me! since 1997. They have released seven studio albums and toured extensively around the world. In 2016 Laura published a memoir entitled "Tranny: Confessions of Punk Rock's Most Infamous Anarchist Sellout". Most recently she released a solo album called "Stay Alive".

Julian Tepper is a Novelist and a Musician. He was the bass player in "The Natural History", they broke up, then Spoon covered one of their songs and made if famous. His new novel is a fictional retelling of the making of that album. He also just released his first solo album. He's also a runner!

Antonio Campos is a filmmaker based in Brooklyn, NY. And he's runner. Subjects include disliking Tennis, the similarities between making films and running marathons and meditating in weird places.
