The top prize went to goalkeeper Lukas Jensen who was named Player of the Season, while there was a special moment as chairman Clive Nates was given the Special Recognition award. The 2-1 win at Cheltenham Town really sets up an exciting final game of the season - with one fixture left in the regular season, City know victory would secure a play-off spot. The Imps had to come from behind at Whaddon Road, but goals from Joe Taylor and Freddie Draper secured three points - and in the end we saw out the win with a determined performance.
