Aussie Bourbon Lovers

H and Dave pour some Toasted Barrel Elijah Craig bourbon and chat about how Andrea Wilson at Michter’s pioneered the technique. Since then lots of distilleries have turned their hands to releasing their expressions and this is Heaven Hill’s recent release of this. Elijah Craig also ’flash-char’ their barrels a step that is unique.

H and Dave are pleasantly surprised when they finally get around to ’knocking-the-top-off’ this bottle of Lux Row Double Barrel 12Yr which is only available at the Distillery in Kentucky. They chat about their memories of their time at the distillery and the joy that the different distillery tours bring.
