We're kicking off 2020 with an episode discussing two significant aspects of our own lives: mental health and mentoring. In this episode, we discuss our own struggles and journeys with anxiety, overthinking, and mental health in general, and discuss how mentoring has been a blessing for both of us. We delve in to topics such as what it's like meeting (and living with) so many cultures, what having dorm parents are like, and how we've learned to be better roommates.
