Founded by Pastor Mike Fabarez and Compass Bible Church Aliso Viejo in 2020, it was created to meet the training needs of those who will plant churches, those who aspire to full-time employment in Christian ministry, and those who desire to serve in key leadership roles as highly committed participants in their churches.
