This is primarily for those who have tried to pastor a smaller Church only to be stymied by stubborn old folks - or even winsome young folks. In the SBC, sometimes a Church "goes to seed" and there's a call for revitalization. We prefer the historic term "reform." In this forum we talk about our own experiences - warts and all - in bringing reform to a smaller, older Church. Some failures, but lots of successes, and all with a view to growing spiritually and physically.
