In this WBS chapel service recorded Aug. 28, 2024, New Testament Professor Murray Vasser teaches from Luke 9, in the intertextual context of 2 Kings and Acts, to show us the gifts God wants to give us by the Spirit to pour out His love, and how we can avoid the twin errors of either not using the gift, or misusing the gift.

Dr. John Oswalt preaches on the high cost of true, self-giving love, the impossibility of such love in our fallen selves, and yet the promise of perfection in love through the gift of God's own love in us. This message was given at our 2024 Alumni Reunion.
