More About Our Guest: Dr. Charryse Johnson is the founder of Jade Integrative Counseling and Wellness center. It was created out of a desire to offer individuals and families comprehensive and collaborative support and care. Research affirms the unique balance between mind, body, and spirit. Thus, to address one without the other is managing symptoms, versus improving wellbeing.

In her work, therapy is viewed as a collaborative process and offers an integrated approach in which values, the search for meaning, and the power of choice are a central focus. It is her desire to offer a nonjudgemental environment that provides support, encouragement, and practical skills. She has specialized training in trauma through the International Association of Trauma Professionals (IATP) and is an integrative practitioner highly skilled and trained in Embodied Recovery and Brainspotting.
