Spiraling, negative thoughts take up residence in our minds more than they should. King David himself struggled with anxiety and depression, as evident in the Psalms. However, in the Psalms, David does something that we should also be doing: he puts his thoughts against the character and Word of God. What would happen if WE did that? Do you think we could live a less anxious life? It is possible!
