It's a very busy week for recruiting with the last game of the season on Saturday and signing day on Wednesday. Have the Nittany Lions done enough to flip the team's top recruiting targets? Penn State head coach James Franklin spoke with the media on Sunday as part of the Big Ten Championship press confernece. Finally, Penn State has one player who has officially announced his intention to enter the transfer portal. We'll discuss the portal situation with Jerry Cross and how the team handles that aspect of team building while in postseson mode.
