How you start your day and the habits and routines you adopt genuinely have a big impact on your effectiveness throughout the day. I’m also a big believer in consistency and when you do the same thing each day, these small habits can have a big impact over time. With that said, here are some of the things I do on a daily basis to look after my health, set up for the day and get my work done.
