Forstchen is a professor of military history and author of 50 books both non fiction and his wildly successful sci fi series on a fictional EMP strike that starts with "One Second After". His fourth book in the EMP series is called, "Five Years After" and comes out August 25th. This is one of my favorite series of novels in this genre.
