The Bird Flu scare, government killing of millions of healthy chickens, has led to soaring egg prices. The solution for many is to raise their own chickens, produce their own eggs. However, local/state governments sometimes make it difficult for backyard farmers. Kentucky State Rep. Steve Doan (R-Erlanger) has introduced a bill that will, hopefully, Make Backyard Chickens Great Again.
