A patient arrives at the accident and emergency unit at the Royal Victoria Infirmary with a complaint of searing pain in his arm. He says that an NHS nurse had come to his home earlier that morning to administer a covid booster, and he had been in agony ever since. Medical staff speculate that a less experienced sub-contractor gave him the vaccine. However, inquiries reveal that the person who injected Patrick was not a nurse. As Patrick’s condition worsens, it becomes clear that whatever he had been injected with was not for the benefit of his health…
